Bilingual Cooking Class
Kabuta Sepetu und Bernard Biney, beide professionelle Köche, führten mit der Klasse 7b einen Kochworkshop durch.

Es wurde eine Reihe von Gerichten zubereitet, die anschließend auf dem Sansibarfest verkauft wurden. Hierbei handelte es sich unter anderem um Maharagwe ya Nazi (Bohnen in Kokosmilchsauce), Pilau (Reis nach tansanischer Art) nach Wunsch mit Hühnerbrust und Ndizi Kaanga (frittierte Kochbananen).
